§ 1 General, Area of Application

These general trading conditions regulate the legal relation between the Schwarze Kunst, and the natural and legal entities, which use the online offer of the Schwarze Kunst (in the following buyers called). The conditions of use concerns the use of the website www.schwarzekunst.com as well as all lower surfaces belonging to this Internet appearance.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

(4) Partial deliveries are permissible. The costs of transport and packing in this case are only once computed.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The object of the purchase remains up to the complete payment property of the Schwarze Kunst.

§ 6 Prices

The indicated prices for the object of the purchase, understands itself as end price. The price does not cover the supply and forwarding expenses.

§ 7 Guaranty
